This role involves deploying and configuring telecom systems, providing technical support, and delivering training to clients. It’s an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel at problem-solving, thrive in dynamic environments, and are eager to work with cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities
You will serve as the primary technical contact for customers, managing and resolving cases efficiently while ensuring satisfaction. Your tasks will include troubleshooting and replicating issues, installing and configuring solutions on-site or remotely, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and providing training. Traveling to client sites for installations and support will also be part of the role. Additionally, you’ll maintain thorough documentation and assist with updates and patches.

Requirements
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Strong expertise in Linux systems, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM), and container platforms (e.g., Docker) is highly valued. Familiarity with telecom protocols like SIP or SS7 is a plus. We also prioritize excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively.
